Slotted box styles are generally made from one piece of corrugated or solid fiberboard. The blank is scored and slotted to permit folding. This type of boxes are shipped flat to the user. When the box is needed, the box user forms it, inserts product and closes the flaps with tape or without by folding the cardboard – in case of die-cutted containers. They are reffered as Slotted-Type Boxes by the Fibreboard Casecode, while the carrier reffers to them as Conventional Slotted Boxes.
