Custom cardboard dividers made in Timișoara
WEPADI manufactures corrugated cardboard dividers and inserts that keep products in place inside the box. Each item sits in its own cell, with no contact with the others, so knocks and vibration in transit do not damage it. We make them to the dimensions of your box and product. The minimum order quantity depends on the box size and board type.
We use 3-ply or 5-ply corrugated board, chosen according to the weight of the products and the height of the cells. The dividers fit both slotted and die-cut boxes. We deliver them flat, to take up little warehouse space, or assembled, ready to drop into the box.
We have been manufacturing in Timișoara, Romania, since 2011, supplying businesses across Romania and the European Union. We follow ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001. Cardboard partitions and bottle dividers
The simplest form of partitioning is the grid: slotted cardboard sheets interlocked crosswise. We set the number of cells according to the product and the box size. Cardboard partitions of this type are used for:
- bottles and other containers;
- jars and food containers;
- fragile parts that must not touch in transit.
Cardboard bottle dividers fit quickly into the box and separate the containers along their full height. For light containers, 3-ply board is enough. For heavier products or boxes stacked several levels high, we recommend 5-ply cardboard dividers. We set the height of the sheets to the height of the product, so the cells support it from the sides. Cardboard inserts for parts and electronics
When a product has an irregular shape, a grid is not enough. In that case we design cardboard inserts, supports or cross partitions that follow the shape of the part and hold it in a fixed position. They suit electronics, automotive components arranged neatly in the box, and accessories that must reach the customer in the same position they were packed in. We define the shape of the insert from a sample or a technical drawing of the part.
For heavy, palletised components, inserts can also be fitted in industrial corrugated boxes. To protect edges when stacking, pressed cardboard edge protectors are used.
Box partitioning: the box and dividers as a set
Dividers must fit the box exactly. That is why we can make them together, as a set: the box and the corrugated dividers made for it. You can choose a classic corrugated cardboard box in any size, or a die-cut box shaped to your product.
