Industrial corrugated boxes made in Timișoara
WEPADI manufactures industrial corrugated boxes in 5-ply (double wall) or 7-ply (triple wall) board for heavy parts, components and bulky goods. We design them to the size of your pallet and load, so the goods stay in place during transport. The minimum order quantity depends on the box size and board type, and you receive a quote within 24 hours.
Corrugated containers are an alternative to wooden crates and returnable packaging for long-distance shipments. They are lighter, are delivered flat and are easy to store until needed. After use, the board can be collected and recycled along with your other packaging waste.
We have been manufacturing in Timișoara, Romania, since 2011, supplying businesses across Romania and the European Union. We follow ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001. On request, the raw material can be FSC®-certified. For every new pack we prepare a sample for you to check before series production.
Corrugated containers and box pallets
A corrugated box pallet is a large container that sits on a pallet, with walls in 5-ply or 7-ply corrugated board. We size it for a EUR pallet (800 × 1200 mm) or a 1000 × 1200 mm industrial pallet. On request, we add a lid, a separate base and reinforcements on the walls or corners. For extra edge protection, you can use pressed cardboard edge protectors.
As well as rectangular shapes, we make octagonal corrugated containers. The eight-sided shape spreads pressure more evenly across the walls and is used for bulk loads or parts that push outwards.
Industrial packaging for heavy parts and export
We choose the board grade and construction based on the weight of the goods, how they are stacked and how long they are in transit. That is why we need a few details for your quote:
- the dimensions and weight of the load;
- the pallet type and the number of stacking levels;
- the destination and mode of transport (road, sea, long-term storage).
Packaging for heavy parts is most often needed in the automotive industry, for parts and sub-assemblies, but also for metal and plastic components. Palletised cardboard boxes, delivered flat or assembled
Industrial corrugated boxes can be delivered flat, to take up little space in your warehouse, or ready assembled. We also offer assembly with just-in-time delivery, straight to your production line. That way, the palletised boxes arrive when they are needed, without adding to your stock.
Containers can be marked with flexo printing directly on the board: logo, product code or handling symbols. Markings make goods quicker to identify on the shop floor and at goods-in.
Inserts and partitions inside the container
When parts must not touch, we fit the container with cardboard dividers and inserts, shaped to the parts. For smaller components of the same type, classic corrugated cardboard boxes grouped on a pallet inside a single container may be enough.
