Export packaging and packaging kits, made to order in Timișoara
WEPADI produces export packaging kits as complete sets: corrugated board, a heat-treated wooden pallet, fixing elements and VCI bags. The kits are designed for components that must reach their destination without scratches or corrosion. The minimum order quantity depends on the size and board type. Send us your request and we will confirm the minimum quantity with the quote, which you receive within 24 hours.
Every kit starts from the part you are packing, its weight and the route it travels. We design the packaging around it, choose the materials and send you a sample before production. Once approved, we deliver the kits pre-assembled, just-in-time, when your production line needs them.
We are based in Timișoara, Romania, and deliver across Romania and the EU. We are a family business, producing corrugated packaging since 2011. We follow ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001. On request, the raw material can be FSC®-certified. All kit components come from a single supplier, with one order and one delivery.
What an export packaging kit contains
Our packaging kits combine several materials, each with a clear role in protecting the goods:
- corrugated board for walls, lids and compartments;
- heat-treated wooden pallet, EUR (800 × 1200 mm) or industrial (1000 × 1200 mm);
- wooden fixing elements that hold the parts in position;
- corrugated plastic where needed;
- VCI bags for corrosion protection.
Together, these elements protect the goods against compression, impact, moisture, dust and scratches. To separate parts inside the container, we also use cardboard dividers and inserts.
Corrugated export containers on pallets
Corrugated export containers are fixed to the pallet to form a single transport unit. The heat-treated wooden pallet is the type required for international shipping. The unit is handled by forklift during loading, in the warehouse and at unloading. For extra stability, you can add pressed cardboard edge protectors to the edges.

Anti-corrosion VCI bags for metal parts
An anti-corrosion VCI bag is a film bag containing a volatile corrosion inhibitor. It protects metal parts from rust during transport and storage. Packing metal parts in a VCI bag inside a corrugated box is a common solution for automotive components and sub-assemblies that travel long distances. The bag is chosen to suit the size of the part and is delivered together with the rest of the kit.

The export packaging we produce is used in the automotive industry, for components and sub-assemblies, and in flow production, where the packaging goes straight to the line.
